I have 2 clients out of over 1000 that are having the following issue.
They can connect and open our applications fine, but whenever they initiate anything that should create a pop-up dialog box, the session Locks up.
If they Disconnect (usually using CTRL-ALT-DEL) to kill the local ICA processes and then reconnect, the dialog box is there and they can proceed normally.
We are running PS4 on W2k3.  But I have seen this issue before all the way back to MF1.8
THe only thing that ever seems to correct the issue was when the client RE-installed windows or get a new PC.

I have sent them through every version of the ICA client from 9.2 through 11.0
We have updated the video drivers, re-installed the client, almost everything I can think of.
It is only affected 2 clients.

Sounds like a very odd problem.  Are there any application exception messages in the event log after the issues occurs.  If so, there might be a user.dmp that was generated that can be opened with the Windows debug program.
