Should mention when I migrated to FP2 I also installed HFRU5.  Am going to rebuild a server without HFRU5 and test.  Fingers crossed.

Spoke too soon; issue is still happening.

Am starting to think this may have something to do with FP2.  I recently migrated all server to FP2, and don't recall this being an iusse prior.  May have to fall back (prior to FP2) and test this theory out.

Issue resolved.

I had a rogue print driver on a few servers.  Once I completely removed that driver all things were back to normal and functioning properly.

Windows Server 2003 sp2
Xenapp 5.0FR2 Hot Fix 5
All applications accessed via Web Portal

A user logs into the portal and clicks and application to start
their session.  Usually from there a user can select print and
they have a list of all the session printers that are available.
Approximately 2 weeks ago I started to receive complaints that
only the users default printer was displaying.

I noticed if I log out and back in all the printers may or may not
appear.  I don't see anything on the print server showing the
problem and nothing appears on the terminal servers.

I have read the articles (links) about TS printing, etc but am
really confused on where to start troubleshooting.  It's as
if they aren't getting mapped in the first place (when
there is an issue).

Any insight or tools I could use to try and start narrowing
this issue down?
Thanks,
Kerry
